Who We Are

OryqO Chat is a private messaging application for chats, groups, calling features, translation, profile controls and optional AI assistance.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as display name, mobile number, profile photo, about text, language and settings.
• Optional contacts selected by the user or added manually.
• Messaging data such as conversation membership, messages, media, reactions, delivery state, timestamps and read controls.
• Device and notification data such as platform, app version, push token, diagnostics and crash reports.
• Support and safety information submitted by users.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, deliver messages, sync settings, provide optional contact discovery, support notifications, protect users, handle support requests, improve reliability and provide optional OryqO AI features.

OryqO AI

OryqO AI is optional. Chat content is used for an AI answer only when the user enables chat access for that answer. Production AI requests should be routed through a secure backend.

Contact Access

Contact access is optional. Users can skip contact permission and add people manually.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, storage, authentication, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, support and abuse prevention. We may also disclose information where required by law or needed to protect users.

Retention and Deletion

Users can request account deletion or data support through Account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for law, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
