How To Request Deletion

Email privacy@oryqo.com with the subject "OryqO account deletion". Include the mobile number connected to the account and any other details needed to identify it.

What Is Deleted

Account profile data, settings, contacts, chat membership and production account records should be deleted or anonymized where technically and legally possible.

What May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, tax, accounting or dispute resolution reasons.

Timeline

Deletion requests should be acknowledged promptly and completed within the period required by applicable law.
